Glass Fibre Cable is an expensive type of cable added by IndustrialCraft² capable of transmitting High Voltage (before Minecraft 1.6) or Quad-Extreme Voltage (since Minecraft 1.6).

Energy[edit]

It is capable of transmitting up to 512 EU/p (High Voltage) and a maximum of 1 million (1,000,000) packets with minimal energy loss of 1 EU every 40 blocks, equal to that of an Ultra-Low-Current Cable.

Since Minecraft 1.6 and IndustrialCraft² Experimental it can carry up to 8192 EU/p (Quad-Extreme Voltage), the highest voltage available without GregTech.
