The Obscurator is a tool from IndustrialCraft 2 that allows you to "disguise" hardened Construction Foam. Simply hold shift then right-click on the intended disguise. The selected texture will show on the obscurator. Then just right-click on the construction foam's face where you want that texture to show. The texture of the first block will be placed on the face you right clicked on the construction foam. You can place a different texture on each face of the construction foam. Since construction foam can be placed around cables, this can be used in a manner similar to BuildCraft facades.
