The ME Transition Plane is an Block added by Applied Energistics

Functions when powered by an ME Network, it will convert anything that touches the front face into data and transfer it to the Network

The ME Transition Plane has an internal buffer in case an absorbed item can not be stored. In this case its unable to break Blocks and absorb Items, until the Buffer is cleared.

When powered its surface appears to shift as it energizes.
