The Vibration Catalyst is a tool added by Applied Energistics. When used on a block placed block, it smelts it into the item it would smelt into. If the result is not a block, then the item drops on the ground and can be picked up. This item uses a considerable amount of energy to perform this process, but can be handy during construction projects when working with Stone for instance.

Currently only supports IndustrialCraft² EU's for charging. If you do not have IndustrialCraft² installed, it will not use power.
