Candles are a light source added by the Forestry mod, crafted from Silk Wisps/String and Beeswax. They are slightly dimmer than Torches and can be extinguished by right-clicking. An unlit candle becomes a Candle Stump, and can be relit using a Flint and Steel. Doing so does not use up durability on the Flint and Steel.
