The Silk Wisp is an item from Forestry, obtained by further centrifugation of the Silky Propolis found in the Silky Combs of Tropical Bees. It is the key ingredient of Woven Silk, required for backpack upgrades and the Apiarist's Clothes, and can also be crafted into String. Players who are averse to breeding Tropical Bees can take advantage of this by reducing String to 3 Silk Wisps in an Uncrafting Table at the expense of 3 experience levels (Doesn't work in the Unleashed pack, You get cotton instead).
