The Scuba Helmet is an environmental armor that improves the ability of the player to explore underwater. It refills the oxygen bar of the player when it gets to four bubbles and consumes a Compressed Air Cell as it does so.

When the Scuba Helmet is worn in conjunction with the Rubber Boots, Hazmat Suit Leggings and the Hazmat Suit it provides protection from environmental dangers e.g. fire, Lava and Nuclear Reactor.

The Scuba Helmet also provides half an armour point when it is worn. Although please note, the Scuba Helmet is not durable.

Note: Despite its name, it does not protect from Poison or Hunger effects, such as those induced by the Sludge Boiler.
