Thick Neutron Reflector is used in Nuclear Reactors. While the neutron reflector itself doesn't produce energy, it increases the power and heat output of cells adjacent to it, making it handy when not having enough cells. It has the same effect on power and heat output as the neutron reflector, but lasts 4 times longer. Although using these requires more resources to reflect the same number of pulses, reactors using these will be easier to run, as they need to be replaced less often.
