The Anti-builder is a device found on various floors in the Dark Tower. It prevents building (hence its name) by placing Anti-Built Blocks wherever a block is broken and breaking anything that is placed in its area (shown by the red particle effects the Anti-Builder casts.) The Anti-Builder is incapable of destroying the works of Tower Builders that have built in its range, replace Vanishing Blocks and their locked equivalents, or replace nearby Anti-Builders that have been broken (those are the only exceptions). While it can be broken, this block cannot be harvested, even with tools that have the silk-touch enchant.
