Raw Meef is the product of killing Minotaurs found in a Labyrinth. As with other raw foods, the amount of food that it restores compared to the cooked product is severely reduced. In this case, whereas Meef Steak restores 6 units of food (3 bars), Raw Meef restores only one bar of food. It is worthwhile to cook Raw Meef to obtain Meef Steak as this greatly increases the amount of food restored.
