Canopy Tree Wood is a type of log found in the Twilight Forest in Canopy Trees. Canopy Tree Wood makes up the trunk and branches of a Canopy Tree, being complemented by Canopy Tree Leaves as the leaf block. Canopy Tree Wood can be generated by growing a Canopy Tree Sapling. However, Canopy Tree Saplings appear to not be able to be grown with Bonemeal. Canopy Tree Wood is found almost exclusively within the Twilight Forest biome and the Mushroom Forest biome within the Twilight Forest.
Approximately two to eight dozen Canopy Tree Wood can be found per Canopy Tree, depending on the size of the trunk (trunks can be 1x1 in size or 2x2 in size), the height and the amount of branches. Several dozen Root blocks can also be found generated underneath the tree whether naturally generated or grown via sapling. This makes it a highly efficient way of gathering logs due to the sheer quantity of logs and sticks that can be acquired, but it also makes Canopy Trees a bit of a chore to collect due to sheer size. Root trails are also difficult to follow and clean up and can erase blocks, making it dangerous to put a tree farm farming Canopy Trees above or around an underground base with valuable machines.
When placed in a crafting grid, Canopy Tree Wood yields four Spruce Wood Planks. Canopy Tree Wood, like other logs, can also be processed in a Sawmill or an Industrial Sawmill to yield 6 Wooden Planks and a unit of Wood Pulp.
