An Electric Rock Breaker is a machine added from GregTech. It may function as a Cobblestone Generator or an Obsidian Generator when supplied with 32 EU/t. 

If one wants to make a cobblestone generator, it is advised to use Thermal Expansion's Igneous Extruder as it only takes a bucket of water and a bucket of lava to make cobblestone without any running cost.

Recipe

Cobblestone/Obsidian Generator using an Electric Rock Breaker

Step One

Step One: Place blocks in the following Orientation (See Thumbnail, "Step One"). Note: The glass can be any building block that is not burnable by lava.

Steps 2-3

Step Two: Power the Batbox with a LV power. 

Step Three: Place a Wooden Pipe on the red side of the Rock Breaker and power it using an Engine to draw out blocks. A simple redstone engine will do.

Step 5

Step Four: Place a chest on the end of your Wooden Pipe

Step Five (ONLY IF YOU WANT AN OBSIDIAN GENERATOR): Place Redstone in the Rock Breaker GUI.
