The Steam Smelter is a Bronze Age machine added by the GregTech mod, similar to Alloy Smelter . Unlike the regular Alloy Smelter, this machine uses Steam rather than EU power to operate. It is used for creating different ingots and materials used in crafting other machines.
Steam Smelter and Alloy Smelter share same recipies.
In order for Steam Smelter to work properly, its steam vent must be uncovered. Steam vent is located at the back at the machine by default, using a Wrench on any another side except for the front will rotate the vent. Using the Wrench on the vent itself will dismantle the machine.
Recipe[edit]
The Machine Hull can be made of Aluminium/Brass/Bronze/Iron/Steel/Titanium/Tungstensteel.
The Wrench can be made of Bronze/Iron/Steel/Tungstensteel or Electric/Advanced.
The Hammer can be made of Bronze/Iron/Steel/Tungstensteel.
