The Kanthal Heating Coil is a machine component used in GregTech. In the most recent version of GregTech that the MindCrack Pack uses, the Kanthal Heating Coil can be used to upgrade the Industrial Blast Furnace. Much like the Nichrome Heating Coil, right-clicking on the Industrial Blast Furnace with 4 in hand will upgrade its heat capacity.

Combining Iron, Chrome and Aluminium dust together in a crafting table will produce Kanthal Dust, which is then smelted in an Industrial Blast Furnace for hot Kanthal Ingots. They are then placed in a Vacuum Freezer for Kanthal Ingots, and finally processing the ingots in an Automatic Wiremill will produce heating coils.
