The Sturdy Grinder is a Bronze Age machine added by the GregTech mod. Unlike the regular Macerator from IndustrialCraft2, this machine uses Steam rather than EU power to operate. It is primarily used for getting byproducts from ores, for use in advancing to later tiers. However, (as of v4.08a) it also will increase the output of ore blocks by 1 Nugget.
It uses the same recipe list as the Universal Macerator, however all outputs and byproduct chances for Ore Blocks are halved.
In order for Sturdy Grinder to work properly, its steam vent must be uncovered. Steam vent is located at the back at the machine by default, using a Wrench on any another side except for the front will rotate the vent. Using the Wrench on the vent itself will dismantle the machine.
Recipe[edit]
The Machine Hull can be made of Aluminium/Brass/Bronze/Iron or a Basic Machine Casing by IndustrialCraft2 can be used.
The Wrench can be made of Bronze/Iron/Steel/Tungstensteel or Electric/Advanced.
The Hammer can be made of Bronze/Iron/Steel/Tungstensteel.
Usage[edit]
This Machine output the crushed ore, and it has 5% chance to output a byproduct.
