Standard Machine Casing is one of the types of casing present in GregTech.

Uses

Standard Machine Casings are mainly used in 3 multi-block structures, the Industrial Blast Furnace, the Industrial Grinder and the Large Steam Turbine. Standard Machine Casings are also used in conjunction with the Reinforced Machine Casing to create the multi-block structure required for the Implosion Compressor. With the Industrial Blast Furnace, Standard Machine Casings are the lowest tier of casings; one can only smelt Steel in a furnace with a standard-only casing, however they are able to smelt silicon cells and Titanium Dust if lava is placed in the centre of the Industrial Blast Furnace.

Note:  Machine Block can be substituted with the following items:  Sturdy Casing,  Machine Frame (Thermal Expansion),  Aluminium Machine Hull,  Bronze Machine Hull.
