The Steam Furnace is a Bronze Age machine added by the GregTech mod. Unlike the regular Electric Furnace from IndustrialCraft2, this machine uses Steam rather than EU power to operate. It is used for smelting ores, dusts and other materials.
In order for Steam Furnace to work properly, its steam vent must be uncovered. Steam vent is located at the back at the machine by default, using a Wrench on any another side except for the front will rotate the vent. Using the Wrench on the vent itself will dismantle the machine.
Recipe[edit]
The Machine Hull can be made of Aluminium/Brass/Bronze/Iron or a Basic Machine Casing by IndustrialCraft2 can be used.
The Wrench can be made of Bronze/Iron/Steel/Tungstensteel or Electric/Advanced.
