The Vacuum Freezer is a multiblock machine introduced by GregTech that can freeze Water Cells into Ice Cells, vacuum harden Hot Tungstensteel Ingots into Tungstensteel Ingots and remove heat from the various nuclear reactor cooling cells. The machine requires 128EU/t to operate. A total of 20 Reinforced Machine Casing and 6 Advanced Machine Casings will be needed for the multiblock structure.
Recipe[edit]
A functional Vacuum Freezer comprises one Vacuum Freezer block, twenty Reinforced Machine Casings, and six Advanced Machine Casings. The Machine Casings are used to construct a hollow 3x3x3 cube for the Vacuum Freezer to be centered on top of. Each face of the 3x3x3 cube should have one Advanced Machine Casing surrounded by eight Reinforced Machine Casings.
After the Machine Casing frame is complete, the Vacuum Freezer block may be placed on top of the upper Advanced Machine Casing. If built correctly, the top face of the Vacuum Freezer should change to a new texture. The final step is to supply the Vacuum Freezer with 128EU/t so it can operate. A dedicated MFE placed next to the Vacuum Freezer is a viable solution for supplying EU as it can both store and output EU at 128EU/t.
